Works like expected

Great saw, with two fully charged batteries I was cutting right out of the box, two chains nice and sharp, 6” logs are no problem the only con is that there is no chain oil reservoir having used chain saws I know the importance of chain oil, so I just carry a bottle of it, but overall it’s a great tool

I think this is the most satisfying shopping experience this year, everything is great, I managed to light the fire with the help of the instruction manual, the joy of that moment was like lighting the Olympic torch, of course it's just a joke, all in all, love this product, it's got a lot of fire power and has helped me a lot.

The first time to try this kind of grass burner, feel pretty good, very satisfied, logistics is also very fast, packaging is also very good.

The pole is kind of like my robotic arm, I mean functionally, it lets me reach places I can't reach, and those branches have been distracting me for a long time, but I am not going to use a ladder, it's too dangerous.

This is an awesome tool. Works very good. Happy with purchase. Purchased it to trim a neighbors tree that is hanging way over onto my property, that he refused to trim. Didn’t have the funds to hire a tree trimming service, so I purchased this. Very Very Happy with this item.

Don't turn up the heat right off the bat! It literally scared me, luckily it's pole was long enough I didn't get hurt, the firepower was more than I expected, it worked great, I used it to take care of all the weeds in my backyard and now my backyard looks beautiful.Love it!

So far I can't find a downside to this saw. The pole helped me a lot and was easy to install. I wasn't very good at it at first and after two cuts I was able to use it with no problem. I'm glad I bought such a satisfying product, I give it my highest score.

It does have two guides which I'm happy with. the 4inch one is what I normally use and it's a breeze to use and the 6inch one is left to my husband to tackle some of the bigger trees. It's fantastic and I feel like I got two chainsaws for the price of one.

Fall is almost here and I'm starting to use this chainsaw a lot because I don't want leaves everywhere in the fall, so I decided to get ahead of the problem. It cuts smoothly and comes with gloves, extra batteries, screwdriver and other parts, I loved it from the moment I opened the delivery and now the more I use it the more I like it.

Thanks to my neighbor for recommending this chainsaw. It makes a powerful cut and was able to tackle most of the overgrown trees in my yard. The battery life is also great and the best part is that it has two batteries, love this product.
